She was predeceased by: her father Donald Cruikshank. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Cruikshank; her friend Shawn LeBlanc; her children, Robert, Ryan, Dylan and Leland; her grandchild Kolten Rhodes; her brother Scott Cruikshank; and her aunt Linda. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
