He was predeceased by: his parent Daley Cummings; his spouse Isabel Cummings; and his siblings, Marion Cummings, Annie Cummings, Joyce Roy and Ronald Cummings.

He is survived by: his parent Florence Cummings; his children, Bonnie Makepeace (John) and John Cummings (Connie); his great grandchildren, Lockhart, Damon, Caleb, Sydney and Ella; and his siblings, Bob Cummings and Joan Bebee.
