He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gilbert, Mildred Rideout, Annie and Matthew Mercer. He is survived by: his parents, Lynda Rideout-Mercer and Patrick Mercer; his brothers, Mathew and Adam Mercer (Cindy); his in-laws, Marjorie and David Euale; his brother-in-law Blake Euale; his aunt Janice Rideout; and his nieces and nephews, Travis, Kerrington, Hudson and Harrison. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the CFB Trenton Chapel (91 Namao Dr, Sidney, ON K8V1C6).
