He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Boucher and Charity Boucher; and his siblings, Gerry, Raymond Boucher and Carol Smith.

He is survived by: his partner Tracey Allen; his children, Nicole Boucher (Justin) of Belleville, Jamie Bowman (Blair) of Kingston and Trevor Allen of Trenton; his siblings, Linda Cormier (Bernie) of New Brunswick, Harold Boucher (Nancy) of New Brunswick and Danny Boucher (Connie) of New Brunswick; and his grandchildren, Summer, Caitlin, Alyvia and Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
