He was predeceased by : his parents, Dave & Doreen Melanson. He is survived by : his loving wife, Joy Maharaj-Melanson; his children, Amanda, Deanna, David, Tyler and Cory; his grandchildren, Madison and Alex; his siblings, Carol (Richard) of Saskatchewan, Diane (Howard) and Keith (Bev) of Nova Scotia; and his sister-in-law Lynn Dorazio (Robert).
