He was predeceased by: his parents, Kornelis Oskamp and Anna Maria Oskamp; his stepmother Maud Oskamp; and his sister Henny Buser (late Henk). He is survived by: his spouse Mary Oskamp; his grandchildren, Matthew Oskamp and Madison Oskamp; and his siblings, Kornelis "Kees" Oskamp (Chris), Annetje Rijnders (late Hermanus), Annelies Burgerhout (Rob), Mignon Ramakers (late Hendricus), Onno Oskamp (Marianne), Yolanda and Hulst (Stef). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
