He was predeceased by: his spouse Sylvia West. He is survived by: his children, Perry West (Sue Kelly), Julie Bosley (Peter), Mark West (Dianne Usher), John West (Janeen Zweerink), Lynn West (Jamie) and Carol Anthony (Jeff). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
