He was predeceased by: his parent Ivan Francis. He is survived by: his parent Madelaine Sopha; his spouse Sherry; his children, Chad Sopha of Trenton and Candace Sopha (Rob Pembleton) of Trenton; his grandchildren, Ava and Grayson; and his siblings, Beverly Larocque (late Joe), Steven (Janis), Eugene (Jan), Catherine Lake (Roger), Caroline Sopha (Don), Brenda Cooney (Larry) and Christina Sopha (Gerry Rifici). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
