He was predeceased by: his son Barry Phillips; and his siblings, Jean, Muriel and Lavern. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Phillips; and his children, Carolyn Campbell (late Lawrence), Len Phillips and Danny Phillips (Heather).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 5:45 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Homes (170 Dundas St W, Trenton, ON K8V3R1). Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #509 (184 Mill St, Consecon, ON).
