He was predeceased by: his spouse Aloisa Hazelton. He is survived by: his children, Keith Hazelton (Nicole) of Ottawa and Karen Hazelton (Eric Terreau) of Toronto; his siblings, Reigh Hazelton of Yarmouth and Evelyn Ash of Dartmouth, N. S; and his parents, Joseph Hazelton and Gertrude Hazelton.
Donations to the National Air Force Museum of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
