He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Charlton and Hazel Kearney; his wife Marie Kenny; his sisters, Arlene Brennan (David), Elaine Ward (Earl), Denise Carew and Margaret Snell (Leo); his stepdaughter Shirley Green (Alex); his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany and Kyle; and his siblings-in-law, Anne van Dyk (Peter), Peter Kenny (Beverley) and Christena Jonkman (Bill).
