He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Fike; his wife Diane; his children, Jeremy (Stacey), Adam and Heather (Matthew); his stepchildren, Johnathan (Mary-Lyn), Richard (Rachel) and Michelle; his siblings, Doug (Wendy), Trevor (Shelley) and Sonya (Donald); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Callie, Reid, Logan, Aubree, Emily, Ethan, Jeri Ann, Patience, Levi, Chelsea, Hailey, Alex, Charlene, Bailey and Casey.
