He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jerry and Mary Jerry; and his sons, Micheal and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, David (Shery), Craig (Jill) and Sonya (Jan); his grandchildren, Dana, Sean and Danan; and his friends, Norm and Mike Boykach.
