She was predeceased by: her child Dean (Anna); and her sibling Murray Cook (Doris). She is survived by: her spouse David; and her children, Scott (Jackie), Kelly Foley (Mike) and Tracy McNulty (Dan). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
