She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Frederick F. Downing and Kathleen "Kit" Downing. She is survived by: her significant other Ivan Hounsome; her sister Anne (late Ford Hutchings); her nephews, Stephen (Dana) and Michael (late Larry Lantz); and her great-nieces, Hannah and Lauren.
