She was predeceased by: her spouse Roy Gardhouse; and her siblings-in-law, Carmen Gardhouse and Alvin Canning. She is survived by: her children, Lois Saunders (George), Kathy Mitchell (Don), Barry (Nancy), David (Jane) and Janice Galton (Ian); her grandchildren, Kent Saunders, Kimberley Saunders-Farrugia, Jeremy Mitchell, Sarah Bursey, Krista Park, Andrew Gardhouse, Elisabeth Gardhouse, Patrick Quail, Daniel Quail, Joseph Quail and Alyssa Brown; her great grandchildren, Maddie Saunders, Scarlett Farrugia, Paige Farrugia, Jordan Bursey, Abbigail Mitchell, James Mitchell and Logan Brown; her sibling Doris McDowell (late Lorne); and her siblings-in-law, Albert Gardhouse, Jean Gardhouse, Elva Gardhouse and Violet Canning.
