He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Hartung); his children, Frank Both (Margaret) and Arleen Lannan (Gary); his grandchildren, Paul (Gilda), Carole (Matt), Eric, Jennifer, Melanie (Aaron) and Amanda (Brian); his great grandchildren, Leila, Luzia, Athena and Lilianna; his sibling Hilde Dittmann (Eckhard); and also Chris (Hugh).
Donations in Ludwig's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
