With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Sweeney (Tottenham, Ontario), who passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille. He is survived by: his spouse Marisa; his child Meghan Mary; his father Conrad; his sisters, Katherine Cannon (David) and Paulette Ruff (Ralph); his nephews, Joshua Cannon (Danika), Mathew Cannon and Shane Ruff (Sarah); and his niece Dawn Gratton (Keith). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ontario Track 3 Ski Association.

I met him when I brought Greg to the Caledon Ski Club program. I loved his sense of humour and his enthusiasm for fundraising for Track 3. We have supported ‘Team Lloyd’ several times, including last Friday, Jan 31, and we will continue to do so in his memory. We Fridayers are going to miss him.”
