He was predeceased by: his spouse Agnes; his siblings, Dom, Joe (late Ginny) and Billy; and also McCarthy.
He is survived by: his children, Tom, Mike (Cindy), Carolynn, Chris (Deb) and Jennifer (Cory); his great grandchildren, Heath, Maia and Emmitt; and his siblings, Lee (Jerry), Marty (Byron), Norman (Shirley) and Eddie.
