He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce; his niece Lisa; his nephew Brent; and his parents, Thelma and Duncan.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his siblings, Duncan (Pauline) and Diane; his nieces, Shelley and Tanya (Craig); his nephew Erik (Cindy); his sisters-in-law, Sylvia and Lorna (Scotty); and his close friend Mike (Jill). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
