He is survived by: his spouse Michele (Boyd); his children, T. J. and Jessica Henderson (Josh); his grandchildren, Mason, Easton and Wyatt; his siblings, Rick (Tara), Laurie and Sueanne (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Brandon and Brianna.
