He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Baird and Ivy Baird of Hodge's Cove, NL.. He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Baird (Jerome Tobin), Donna Whalen (Rick), Sharlene and Doug Baird (Jennifer); his nephews, Matthew, Troy (Brontë), Mackenzie and Daniel; and his niece Sophie.
A celebration of his life will take place at a later date in Hodge's Cove, NL, Should you wish to make a donation in George's memory, please consider Covenant House Toronto or your local food bank.
