It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Penelton (Tottenham, Ontario), who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Peter Jones; and her husband Wesley Maxwell Penelton. She is survived by: her sister Violet Howlett; and her children, Judy McGuire, Clifford Penelton and Bobby Joe Penelton.
