He was predeceased by: his son Shayne Forrest. He is survived by: his significant other Eunice Abernethy; his child Tawnya Forrest Hunt (Blair); his grandchildren, Aiden and Kaitlyn Hunt; his siblings, Joan Cowen (late Irvin), Patricia Lang, Ronald Forrest (Rose Price) and George Forrest (late Mary Lynne); and also, Orion Bouius (Neil), Peter (Julie) and Paul (Christine). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
