He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Miller (David), Katherine Waldock (David) and Jennifer MacLachlan (David); his grandchildren, Drew, Bryce (Caterina), Katherine (Jose), Joel (Jen), John Emma (Miranda), Michael, Keira and Sean; his great grandchildren, Nico, Sadie, Iseult and Jake; and his siblings, Annamary Kilham (D'Arcy), Kathryn Cureatz (Sam), Ron Palmateer (Kathy), Dan Palmateer and Keith Palmateer. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Donations in his memory to the Lung Association of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
