Dave Merkley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Merkley of Tottenham, Ontario, who passed away on January 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Jytte Merkley. He is survived by: his son Kevin Merkley (Joyce); his grandchildren, Erin and Erika; his son Glenn Merkley (Margaret); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, Nicole Sardina and Chris Sardina; his significant other Carol Albert of Alliston; his partner's daughter Sonia Colosanti (Peter); his siblings, Diane Gordon, Paul Merkley and Ernie Merkley; and also, Marcel and Mitchell.

In lieu of flowers, the family would kindly ask that donations be directed to the Alliston & District Humane Society and/or Matthews House Hospice in Alliston who asked for nothing but gave our family so much in his final hours.
