He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel and Victoria. He is survived by: his wife Liv; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Maren; and his sisters, Loretta Stephenson (Murray) and Zarina Johnston (Jack). He is also survived by nephews, his extended family and friends.
