He is survived by: his spouse Christena Jonkman; his children, Suzanne, Carolyn (Richard Morgan), William and Lynda (Edward Lammle); his grandchildren, Grace, Sean, Matthew (Kristin), Aidan, William, Faith, David, Kiernan, Cooper, Kolby and Avery; and his siblings, Frank Jonkman (Carla) and Anne Millard (Don).
