He was predeceased by: his siblings, Albert (late Greet), Gerrit (Betty), Emmanuel (late Ank), John (Toni), Frank (Cathy), Paula (late John DeGraauw) and Gabriel (Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Maria "Mary" Van Hezewyk; his children, Theodore "Ted" (Angela), Rosemary (Brent Foat), Bernadet-Marie, Aloysius "Louie" (Nancy), Bernadette, Stephen (Janice) and MaryJo (Patrick Menchenton); his grandchildren, Liam (Cassidy), Benjamin, Claire (Nic Cooke), Matthew, Sophia (Joe Petrella), Gail, Elise, Ethan, Thomas, Charlie, Livia, Rebecca, Luke, Emily, Joseph, Megan and David; and his siblings, Corry (late Martin Meulensteen), Leo (Rolande), Anne (late Ton Winkel) and Mia (late Erik Hansen). He is also survived by siblings, his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
