He was predeceased by: his siblings, Evelyn Hart (late John) and Alan White (late Mattie); and his pets, Digby, Pasha and Mhairi.

He is survived by: his wife Alison White; his daughters, Adrienne Leslie (Michael) and Alexandra Zima (Andrew); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Eamonn, Mae and Ian; and his brother Craig White (late Alison).
