We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2025, at the age of 76, Zofia Trela (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Zofia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Zofia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jan. She is survived by: her children, Bozena, Chris and Andrew; and her grandchildren, Tristan and Lydia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Arthur B. Ridley Funeral Home (3080 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V1K3). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (3674 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, ON M8W1N6).
