He is survived by: his wife Lucia (Krystyna); his children, Pawel Kozlowski (Katarzyna Kozlowski) and Magdalena Strecker; and his grandchildren, Maksymilian, Olivia Kozlowski, Isabelle and Adam Strecker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the G. H. Hogle Funeral Home (63 Mimico Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8V1R2). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casimir's Catholic Church (156 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2L4). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
