He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sophie; his daughter Debbie Heidel (Richard); his granddaughters, Kristen (Nicholas), Julia and Lucy; his siblings, Helmut Steinke (Hedi), Monika Hauer (Volkhard), Regina and Guenter (Kaethe); his sister-in-law Alma Sosath (Guenther); and his nieces and nephews, Tamara Sosath Schmidt (Richard), Gabi Schuderer (Ralf), Bernd Steinke (Julia), Dirk Hauer (Asa), Frank Graf (Ute), Benjamin Steinke (Laureen) and Eva Harenberg (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Albion Chapel (855 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9V1A3). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
