It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Mior (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Mior; his children, Laura Cecchino (Mario Cecchino), Mirella Paglia (Gianni Paglia), Gimi Mior (Lily Mior) and Nicola Mior (Brandy Mior); his grandchildren, Tania Cecchino, Angela Koehler (Steven Koehler), Selena Paglia, Christian Paglia, Daniella Mior, Nicole Mior, Melena Mior, Walter Mior Jr., Elissia Mior, Diana Mior and Giovanni Mior; and his great grandchildren, Skylar Koehler and Sloan Koehler. He is also survived by nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Angels Church (1481 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6H4C7). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1).
