He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Bell and Margaret Bell; and his brother Bruce Bell. He is survived by: his sister Marlaine Watson; his daughters, Stephanie (Phil), Brittany (Jeff) and Carly (Freddie); and his grandchildren, Arthur, Adeline, Owen, Charlie and Wesley.
