She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Don" Neil Hornbrook; her children, Gary Hornbrook and Deb Hornbrook; her parents, Remi Levesque and Jeannine Levesque (D'Amour); and her siblings, Jeannie Paradis (Gilles), Carmen Levesque Carignan (Pierre), Antonio Levesque (Louise) and Renaud Levesque (Jackie).

She is survived by: her children, Michael Hornbrook of Toronto, Donald Hornbrook Jr. of Florida, Janet (Yves Ethier), Kim Marshall of Kitchener and Karen Hornbrook (Deb White); her grandchildren, Christopher Hornbrook of California, James, Jennifer Marshall of Brantford, Aaron, Ali Hornbrook of Toronto, Amanda Hornbrook of Toronto and Jake Kudoba of Kitchener; her great grandchildren, Emily, Zane, Chase Marshall, Cloe and Lucas Kudoba; her daughters-in-law, Mary McCaughey and Donna Marie Hornbrook; and her siblings, Aline (Bill Letorneau), Wilfred (Corrine Levesque) and Barbara (Mitch Levis).
