A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home (159 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto, ON M5P2E6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Derek's memory to Toronto Western Hospital, Department of Neurology (Special thanks: Dr. David Tang-Wai) or to Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care.
