He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Widdicombe and Margaret Widdicombe; his wife Maralyn Widdicombe; his son Peter Widdicombe; and his sister Jean Brammell.
He is survived by: his close friend Christian Marjollet; his children, Ann McLeod (Ian) and Eric Widdicombe; and his grandchildren, Sarah McLeod, Adam McLeod and Noah Widdicombe.
