He is survived by: his uncle Butt-Head; his daughters, Melissa Reed and Samantha Reed; his brother Ron (Colleen Reed); his nieces and nephews, Allison and Josie; his sister Kelly Reed (John Quartarone); his nieces and nephews, Sara and Avery; his former wife Cari Reed (Duncan); and his pet Pepper.
