He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Turcotte and Columbe Turcotte. He is survived by: his friend Jeannot Guay; his brother Paul Turcotte; his sons, Jason Turcotte, Ryan Roskar and Patrick Turcotte (Jackie Stewart); his grandson Steven Turcotte; and his sons, Tyler Turcotte (Jaclyn Van Hoof) and Alex Turcotte (Caitlyn Turcotte).
