She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Brennan; the mother of her child Mary; her parents, Vincent and Helen; and her siblings, Patrick, Paul, Jack, Hugh and Barbara.
She is survived by: her children, John (Dianne), Anne Shiley (Bob), Catherine (late Paul Chadder), Michael (Jayne) and Clare; her grandchildren, Anne Marie, Mark, Greg, Sean, Brendan, Stephen and Jack; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Julian, Madeleine, Joshua, Nathan, Victoria, Liam, Hannah, Connor, Elizabeth and Declan; and her sister-in-law Pat Ryan-Morrison. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to Canadian Food for Children.
