She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Prychitko and Marie Prychitko; her husband Dr. Zonko Bak; and her siblings, Vincent, Anne, Stephanie and Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa (Bill O'Brien), Paul, Stephanie (David White), Gregory (Wendy), John and Donald (Joana); and her great grandchildren, Georgia and Jack. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrius Church (135 La Rose Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M9P1A6).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Victoria Village Manor, Barrie would be greatly appreciated by the family.
