She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Giulio and Lena Di Giulio; and her siblings, Rocco, John (Dani), Nancy (late Tony) and Frank (Jennifer).

She is survived by: her husband Julian; her children, Adam (Ashley) and Carla (Mark); her grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Mia, Lena and Michael; her brother-in-law Mark (Marina); and her nieces and nephews, Anthony, Katelyn (Michael), John Paul (Annie), Michael (Holly), Olivia (Brendan) and Luke (Rachel).

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial donations in Mary Lou's honour may be made directly to gynecological research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation .
