In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Maria leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Maria may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her children, Frank (Teresa) and Caterina (Roy Giacobbi); her grandchildren, Marcus (Sally), Olivia (JP), Matthew and Alexander; and her siblings, Luigi and Lina (Mario).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave W, North York, ON M6A1C3). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T1A8).
