He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Martin and Babs Martin. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Martin; his daughters, Siona Martin and Alison Martin; his grandchildren, Samantha, Dylan and Isabella (Bella); and his siblings, Ashton Martin, Debbie Martin and Daphne Martin (John Richardson).

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Visite Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4).
