With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucia Reis Alves (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Lucia Reis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Lucia Reis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Isabel and Maria Isabel. She is survived by: her children, Miguel and Tiago; her husband José; and her siblings, Maria (Domingos) of Lourdes, Sara (Augusto) and Henrique (Ana).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "toronto Chapel" (2080 Dufferin St, York, ON M6E3R7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church (1481 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6H4C7).
