He is survived by: his mother Louise Tokarek; his siblings, Catherine (Gordon Wallace), Laura Gallagher and Michael Tokarek; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Abigail, Allison, Adam, Matthew and Christopher; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Braeden, Nadia, Audry, Austin, Jack and Lukas. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
