He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosemary Cianfarani (Elizabeth De Sousa) and Marco Cianfarani (Emerenziana Aceto); his grandparents, Teresa, John Tassone, Maria and Leonardo Cianfarani; his siblings, Matthew, Adam and Sofia; his significant other Elda William; and also Alani. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousins along with extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home – Chapel Of (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that we carry on honouring Jordan's compassionate heart by bringing new toques or hats to be donated to those in need.
