We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025, John Stanley Gemmell (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Margaret; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Shirley. He is also survived by Uncle.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Humphrey Funeral Home A. W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel (1403 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4S2N4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Hospital for Sick Children (https://www.sickkids.ca) can be made in his memory.
