With profound sadness, we say goodbye to João Antunes Figueira (Toronto, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Querido Figueira and Isaura Figueira (Antunes De Jesus); and his siblings, Jacinto, Armindo (Toronto), Maria of Maxieira, Gertrudes of Maxieira, Julia of Maxieira and Fátima.
He is survived by: his wife Lidia (Reis); his sons, Dean (Alesandra) and Alan (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew, Gabriela, Ethan and Emily; and his brother Antonio. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Delmoro Funeral Home (61 Beverly Hills Dr, North York, ON M3L1A2).
